Ray at the front was rude and insulting. When telling me to wait on the couch in the lobby, I told him I was going to go get my service dog from my car and I would be right back. (She is VERY well trained and well behaved). He told me that pets aren't allowed. In a friendly way, I let him know that service animals aren't actually pets, but she's a working dog, and is allowed in any area accessible to the public, even restaurants. He said in a snotty, sarcastic voice,"Oh. You're going to be one of THOSE." I was completely floored. I told him it's illegal to discriminate against people on the basis of disability and he angrily said "You do what you think is right" and huffed off, never to return until my car was done. These are the kinds of interactions that make it even more difficult to face the obstacles to surviving and functioning with a disability. I can't stop the general public from making rude comments in public, but if you work with customers, at least learn about discrimination laws.

That’s some rims and tires pretty satisfied with the appearance of the rims, even though I got them spare the moment they gave me a great price on rims and tires and installed them the same day

This shop has only one good mechanic and another one that is new but does the job pretty good besides that everyone else are rookies. Front desk chick is useless, she just stays out of the shop flirting with some dude while I wait for my car to be serviced lol. Good prices but if there’s anything similar at a different shop, I’d recommend somewhere else

This place is a rip off! I went in to see if I could find a new set of wheels and tires, right off the bat the sales kid was nice enough to make me comfortable, but once I found what I like he didn't even go to his computer to see prices, he tried to charge me 1500 for JUST wheels, wheels that only cost 800 max. With tires would of been 2500. This kind of scam is unacceptable. These are not luxury wheels and they show no prices so that's a red flag. And they look at what you drive to see if they can scam you.
